Madison represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. In law school, Madison discovered an enthusiasm for business-focused classes. She enjoyed studying secured transactions, investment banking, corporations, antitrust, and bankruptcy and earned a certificate in business law. Madison was equally drawn to the commercial litigation practice area because of the variety it offers. She enjoys the challenge of a wide range of cases and disputes. She also loves public speaking, arguing, and legal research and writing, making her a natural fit for litigation.

While Monty Hall (or for the current generation, Wayne Brady) was nowhere in sight, it was difficult not to think about the show “Let’s Make a Deal” while sitting in the audience at the American Bar Association’s 39th National Institute on White Collar Crime. During the Institute, one of the featured speakers, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, announced a new DOJ-led whistleblower rewards program.
